2016 Opening Reception & Awards Dinner Menu – Friday May 6th

6:00PM – 7:15PM – Cocktail Reception

  • Hors D’oeuvres – to be both passed and tabled
  • Cash Bar – 1 drink ticket per guest

7:15PM – 9:20PM – Plated Dinner

  • Soup – blended soup of woodland mushrooms dusted with fresh chives snips (no cream)
  • Salad – baby arugula leaves with toasted pecans and raspberries
  • Dinner – breast of chicken stuffed with goat cheese and spinach with mixed vegetables and wild rice and herb jus
  • Vegetarian Option – open tart of roasted sweet peppers and leeks topped with goat cheese
  • Dessert – decadent chocolate mousse encased in a chocolate dome with white and dark chocolate drizzle

Wine on the Table – 1 Red / 1 White

  • Red wine – Mirassou Pinot Noir
  • White wine – Woodbridge Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc
