8:00AM – 9:00AM – Hot Breakfast

  • Airy butter croissants, chocolate & fruit filled pastry twists
  • White & whole wheat bread
  • Buttery honey and preserves
  • Fluffy scrambled eggs with fresh chives
  • Crispy home fried potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Freshly brewed coffee, decaf, selection of teas & variety of juices

 

10:30AM – 10:45AM – Morning Break

  • Coffee, decaf, teas, assorted juice, water

 

12:00PM – 1:00PM – Buffet Lunch

  • Greek village style salad with kalamata olives, vine ripen tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and feta cheese dressed with olive oil, lemon & oregano vinaigrette
  • Orzo pasta salad with diced grilled vegetables, spinach, feta cheese, tomato, with basil olive dressing
  • Souvlaki style chicken strips served with onions & peppers
  • Oregano lemon potatoes
  • Pita & Tzatziki sauce
  • Baklava
  • Assorted seasonal whole fruit
  • Freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee & a selection of teas
